Join us for this gentle curation of hammocks, headphones and healing!
Cozy up inside of a suspended silk hammock, pop on your headphones and drift.
We will begin with a 20 minute stretch session in the hammock to get acquainted with the silks,
Before we dive in for a 90 minute guided journey through the wireless LED headphones.
This is an ideal experience for those looking to relax, rejuvenate and discover a clarity and connection the the depths of their meditation.
