The drum sounds again and between its voice and your own,
the song of nature ignites within the spirit of the people.
This, is the Breathing Drum. You, are the Breathing Drum. We, are the Breathing Drum.
The Breathing Drum is an intuitively guided, community symphony of instrumental guidance, rhythmic breathing and supportive chanting and singing. We aim to create a sustainable energy that builds gradually over the course of the session, where every single participant is supported in their process of breathing and awakening the sound of their true and natural voice. Often, we provide discourse on Nordic Runes as a way of helping our community bridge the gap between intention and impact during these sessions and offer our support in creating a gentle and unhurried space to land in after the height of the Breathing Drum has been reached.
