About the event
Cacao is an ancient plant medicine that gently stimulates the nervous system, encourages blood flow, and helps us lean into feelings of connection and openness. Through the sharing of this drink, as well as conversation, song and meditation, we will invoke the spirit of community and create a safe space for giving and receiving.
