Join us for an evening of reflection, magic, and community.
Full Moons initiate a time of reflection, as our truths illuminate and we are given the opportunity to explore how this energy sits within us each month. As the moon traverses the skies, each Full Moon of the year is stationed in a different zodiac sign, bringing new energies to the surface to explore. The moon reflects to us our own intuition and inspires visceral learning, release, and healing during these times.
The Breathing Drum element offers an explorative evening of transformative breath-work that will awaken your inward traveller as the vibrations of the drum guide you along a path of visual and spiritual discovery. During ceremony we will invite a number of community building activities and personal reflection opportunities determined by the zodiac sign of the Full Moon. Participants will be encouraged to sing, share, and learn together as we intentionally shift to allow for the journey of a new lunar cycle to begin.
What to bring:
- Wear clothing to stay comfortable and warm (layers recommended)
- Optional: cushions, blankets, yoga mat for breathwork journey (props in studio available)
- Optional: item to place on altar for the evening
