About the event
Come join us for a Passage Spin Class that adds a flavour of astrology in support of the changing seasons (externally and internally!) as we move through them individually, and together. The playlist for the class is intentionally curated to support the planetary, energetic, and emotional themes during this time and class will be structured to support all levels of experience. The best thing about spin class – you are in control of your experience!
Class duration will be 45 minutes (working tracks + cool down) followed by some gentle guidance for visualization and intention setting at the start of this new phase.
If you are new to spin or just want that extra time settling in, please arrive at the studio for 2:30pm so we can get you set up on the bike and go through some basic orientation for cues and how to best support your experience.
Kelley strongly believes that spin is more than just a physical workout – come see how!
Reminders:
- Wear comfortable workout clothing (it's going to get sweaty!)
- Spin shoes are provided at the studio
- Please arrive at 2:30pm if you need extra time, are new to spin, and/or would like a quick tutorial before class!
- Class starts at 3:00pm!
