Come and join us for an evening dance party with a clear view of the great Rockies and tunes wherever you wander in the SoundOFF Headphones. We will start slowly with some warm-up tracks while we get our bodies moving, and as the drums and horns come climbing up, we will bring on the moves and get the energy going!
This session will include a 90 minute guided dance jam, followed by a 20 minute cool down meditation.
Come and build some joy and cultivate some energy with us!
