Between the breathing and the drum beat, a journey of great honesty is taking place. The Breathing Drum is a community experience of shared vision and personal revelation. You will be guided through a range of breathing techniques designed to soften tension and relax the senses while the drum is played to provide you with grounding while you explore the language of increasingly subtle dimensions of your self.
