Join us for a rare and intimate 5-day retreat on sacred private land in rural Trochu, Alberta — just 75 minutes northeast of Calgary — where we will gather in devoted community to deepen our relationship with practice, presence, and inner truth.
Truth in the Body is more than a yoga retreat. It is a return — to what is honest, felt, and essential. Through daily movement sessions in a variety of yogic styles, soul-expanding satsangs, and gentle evening practices for restoration and integration, we will explore the richness of the human form as a site of wisdom and revelation.
