Here at Sacred Row, we have hosted and collaborated on many retreats over the last decade, each one of which stands out in its own unique and powerful way.
We treat "retreat" as a remembrance; a chance to strengthen our most innate connections and to enrich our lives with exercises that matter, conversations that invite curiosity and collaborations that inspire.

This was a powerful 5 day Yoga-centred retreat that emphasized the importance of consistency in practice and offered participants a wide range of philosophy to chew on. Supported by world class food and a beautiful environment and community, this one may be our most powerful offering to date!

Heart & Home ∞ SPRING 2025 - CANADA
SoTru Farms, Trochu, AB
Heart & Home was land-based retreat that brought our beloved friend, Chantal "Stormsong" Chagnon into collaboration with us as she shared indigenous teachings, medicines and practices with our group.
The retreat featured a 3-day drum creation workshop, several prayer and healing ceremonies and the potency of connecting to ancient traditions of the Canadian western prairies.

We celebrated the Virgo season in a beautiful forest-nestled cabin next to the Elbow River in Alberta.
This weekend retreat featured a Grieving Ceremony, an outdoor Ecstatic Dance with wireless headsets and a nature-enhanced sound bath for the ages!
