That which is arising must find space to exist and so, space must be made and here we are, in the midst of a peaking Autumn Lunar Eclipse cycle.
As the shadow of the Earth cloaks and then unleashes the Fullness of the Moon, an opportunity to declare the brilliant truth is bequeathed. Our theme for this Scorpio into Sagittarius season is “REVEALING” and we want to invite you to join us in the Sacred Row container this month for a series of events offered with your deep personal process in heart and mind. We are ready to acknowledge the darkness that exists beside us and pass through it with you!

The Healing Hoop: Community Grievance Circle

The Healing Hoop is a community minded, ceremonial event focused on supporting an environment that encourages vulnerability and it’s many faces. Be it cries of grief, songs of triumph or disgruntled rants, the Healing Hoop is a circle of connected people who represent the larger hoop of living consciousness that surrounds us.
Come and help to fill in the cracks of a community that is constantly working hard to thrive in today’s world.

Wielding the Chakra: Astrological Yoga Practice

Wielding the Chakra is an offering rooted in yogic technique (asana, pranayama, dhyana) and story-telling. Practitioners will form a circle around the dome and be guided to recognize and deploy their own energetic power to stabilize the distance between the future and the past. Philosophy and story will be woven in to the structure of the practice and live music will be played during an extended savasana before a group meditation commences to engage in the height of the wisdom of the practice.
No prior knowledge of philosophy or astrology is necessary!

The Breathing Drum: Rhythmic Breathing Marathon

The Breathing Drum is an intuitively guided, community symphony of instrumental guidance, rhythmic breathing and supportive chanting and singing. We aim to create a sustainable energy that builds gradually over the course of the session, where every single participant is supported in their process of breathing and awakening the sound of their true and natural voice.
