The Healing Hoop: Community Grievance Circle

The Healing Hoop is a community minded, ceremonial event focused on supporting an environment that encourages vulnerability and it’s many faces. Be it cries of grief, songs of triumph or disgruntled rants, the Healing Hoop is a circle of connected people who represent the larger hoop of living consciousness that surrounds us. 

As we come together, the request is for you to listen and to learn from your fellow beings and to share as authentically what is in your soul when it is your turn. Community exercises will be explored and opportunities to be witnessed on your truth will arise. 

The people must be seen and heard

Stomping, screaming and speaking words

Of truth that burns freely and full

Until the people are once again, whole

What to bring:

• wear comfortable clothes (layers are recommended)
• bring any props (cushions, blankets, etc.) to support you in sitting in circle (some available in the space)
• tea or water to enjoy
