We will be gathering, practicing and growing at the special haven known as
SoTru Farm in Trochu, Alberta.
This place offers so much in the ways of comfort, community support and family values that I couldn’t possibly imagine a more perfect place to host this journey.
Located a short 75 minute drive to the North East of Calgary, Alberta, you will find this space to be accessible, private and very nourishing for your time during retreat.

Geoff and Lisa have cultivated such a blissful space for these kinds of events.
With their family-team, they craft some of the most soul enriching food that I have ever had the privilege of eating. They are meticulous about choosing the best ingredients and they prepare every meal with so much loving intention.
I cannot express enough, just how much of a blessing it is to be in retreat with these folks. If you’ve never had the pleasure to visit SoTru for retreat before, get ready for one of the most nourishing periods of your life!

Your Facilitator
MATTHEW KELEMEN
I am a multi-disciplinary instructor that has received accredited trainings in Vinyasa, Forrest Yoga, Yin and Nidra practices over the past 12 years. I have guided many classes and contributed to many teacher trainings with a consistent focus on Yogic philosophy, Pranayama and Meditative techniques.
Over the many years of practicing, particularly within the realm of meditation, I have fostered a deep fascination for the spiritual quest of the human being and a genuine care for the well-being of the seeker on these paths. This fascination has led me down a road that has introduced a passion for music, chanting and many other currents that contribute to the healing of that self.
In offering this retreat, I aim to share a strongly positive and inspiring environment for practitioners to learn about themselves and the environment that they inhabit. I hope to empower each participant to find their Yogic Voice ~ their sacred sound.
This offering comes directly from the centre of my being with ample support from a truly blossoming community of bright and actively guided folks that are offering their heart through their work and support every step of the way.
It will be my great honour to welcome you and guide you for this nourishing retreat!
